Great location near the city center and metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern bathroom and good amenities. The staff was friendly and provided useful restaurant recommendations.
The room was quite small and had no elevator, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues or excessive luggage. The breakfast could have had more variety and options.

The hotel had a good breakfast and clean rooms for a reasonable price. Its location was perfect since it was close to the tourist attractions and the bus and metro stations. the staff was polite and helpful.
My Christmas at the hotel was ruined by the noisy guests who kept me up until late at night. Even though the hotel had rules about noise control, it was not enforced, and the management showed no concern.
